please wash the lentils please, rice doesnt have as much fiber or protein or other nutrients. please find organic lentils with at least 40-50% fiber per 1/4 cup then please eat 1.5 cups for 300% fiber per day.

Body Electric got me through a Malaria bout. It was like being in another dimension and at that time the song eas over a decade old. It still has the effect. Don't like everything of the Sisters, but some of this collection gives me a new nuance of the old vibe. Hoping A.E. will make it someday to Chile... thanks for this!

At first I found the cadence of his voice a little distracting while listening on my drive to town this morning. But I'm listening again tonight and I think I understand why he does that modulation of pitch in his voice, it makes it easier to memorize for one, and it also accentuates the repeated parts. Now that I'm used to it more I actually like it a lot.
